The mission of our CORPORATE PARTNERSHIP COUNCIL (CPC) is to build and continuously promote economic security for the mutual benefit of our Corporate Partners, communities of color, and, as a result, ALL Californians. At the California Urban Partnership (CUP), we strive to actively develop and enhance a strong relationship, secure long-term commitment and strategic alliance with our CPC members. In the spirit of this kind of cooperation, we envision providing greater access and linkages to business and consumer markets and networks, leveraging joint legislative contacts and policy interests, and creating an ongoing, sustainable and measurable strategy to increase economic inclusion, growth and prosperity. In their important advisory roles, CPC members may provide technical expertise and in-kind services to help the CUP achieve maximum success and impact in its mission and strategic goals. Members review and discuss our initiatives for the year, serve as consultants, and function as experts at various high profile meetings and events. The CPC is an influential part of the CUP’s team and work; receiving ongoing rewards, as well as empirical knowledge about community issues and opportunities.
