REGIONAL FORUMS: Part 1The Regional Forums (COLLABORATION 101) will provide a Summit overview, introduce participants, discuss how Collective Impact and Triple Bottom Line works, feature expert panelist data and context on issues, conduct workgroup sessions representing the Summit's four (4) Focus Areas, and close with a recap and outline of next steps. The workgroup sessions will inventory and record stakeholder priorities, concerns, ideas and current capacity for addressing challenges. Forum participants will discuss which priorities can be most effectively addressed through collaboration with other regions and state partners through the Summit. Moreover - with the objective to inspire and engage participants to begin collaborative development of solution oriented proposals - the Forums and Workgroups will be a pool from which to secure commitments from individuals and organizations as Action Team members.
